These terms govern use of the ModalSquare website. ModalSquare sources, places and coordinates commercial equipment, technology, materials and surplus assets through qualified suppliers and delivery partners.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. A website inquiry, discussion, quotation request or indication of interest does not create a contract, partnership, representation or obligation to provide goods or services.

Commercial Opportunities

Requirements, availability, pricing, specifications, delivery, partner participation and project scope are subject to separate written review and agreement. ModalSquare may coordinate qualified suppliers, integrators and delivery partners, but specialized engineering, installation, programming, commissioning and field service are performed by the qualified party identified for the engagement.
